Forsyth Tech has chosen Blackboard as our
e-Learning software and course management system for online
Distance Learning courses. |
|
|
At the beginning of the semester, all ONLINE
students must complete the ONLINE ORIENTATION.
Please be
sure to complete the survey part of the orientation at the
end. This is how your instructor gets your e-mail address, and
your name on the survey stands for your instructor’s signature
in the attendance form for financial aid. This is mandatory
for all online students regardless of whether you have taken
online courses before. |

To take the online orientation, please use the
steps below. |
|
|
- To enter the
Blackboard portal, click the BlackBoard logo on the website or click here,
click Required Online Orientation; that takes you directly into the
course.
|
|
|
If you are a curriculum student attempting to enter your
curriculum course, you need a user name and password (other
than guest) to access the content portion of your course. This
user name and password are explained in the online
orientation. Please make note of this very important
information.
